Warmth & Style on the Skerries Coast

In 2023, we completed a full external insulation retrofit on a family home in Skerries, Co. Dublin. The homeowners were eager to modernise the look of their property while improving thermal comfort and energy efficiency. We guided them through the SEAI grant process, ensuring they received funding support for the external insulation work. The project not only brought warmth to their home but also gave the exterior a fresh, contemporary finish.

In early 2024, we transformed a tired, pebbledashed semi-detached home in Drimnagh into a bright, energy-efficient haven. The client wanted to reduce heating bills, modernise the home’s look, and take full advantage of the SEAI external insulation grant. We handled the full external wrap and gave the home a fresh new identity with a striking yellow render finish—turning heads in the neighbourhood.

The client wanted a modern, low-maintenance finish that would improve thermal performance and enhance the character of their property. We delivered a full wrap with a clean grey render and custom-designed an arched reveal for the front entrance—blending energy efficiency with standout curb appeal.

From Sunshine Yellow to Crisp White

In 2024, we gave a Portmarnock home a complete external insulation makeover, replacing its dated yellow façade with a clean, bright white render. The goal was twofold—boost the home’s thermal performance and give it a timeless, modern look. We guided the homeowner through the SEAI grant process, helping them claim up to €8,000 towards the project cost, making the upgrade as affordable as it was transformative.

Red Brick and White Render in Clontarf

In 2022, we completed an external insulation and finishing project on a newly built red-brick complex in Clontarf. The design combined classic red brickwork at the front with a crisp white render at the rear, creating a timeless contrast. Each home featured a recessed porch and intricate brick detailing, requiring careful planning and craftsmanship to ensure a perfect finish. As these were new builds, no stripping of the previous façade was necessary—allowing us to focus entirely on precision installation and visual impact.
